As an independent surveying practice, we can provide the clear impartial advice essential during both acquisition and also when undertaking alteration works.

As a company, we maintain strong links directly between the individual surveyor and client. Our client requirements will be fully discussed prior to any inspections being undertaken. Property or portfolio specific issues and requirements are then fully integrated into our overall advice.

Throughout the process, including our formal advice and reporting, the surveyors are easily accessible. This enables each client to obtain the necessary understanding of our professional opinion and advice with regard to their instruction.

Reports are sent in PDF form electronically, the reports will be issued within 7 days of the inspection.

Our surveyors will be accessible again after the report is received to discuss the property personally enabling a full understanding of the report findings.
