Rob Wonnacott

Position: Director

Qualifications: BSc(Hons) Estate Management
Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Member of Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS)

Employment history: Rob qualified in 1999 and has been focused largely within the residential property field. He is responsible for providing Valuation advice for secure lending, matrimony, insurance assessments and probate as an RICS Registered Valuer.

Alongside valuation reporting Rob provides detailed advice in the form of RICS Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys, implementing his experience and understanding of property construction methodology. Rob also undertakes instructions on commercial property providing either; Schedules of Condition or Schedules of Dilapidation Reports for either Landlord or Tenant.

He also provides professional advice on Party Wall matters and is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Rob acts on behalf of Building Owners and Adjoining Owners in preparing the relevant Notices, inspecting the property, preparing schedules of condition and serving the Party Wall Awards in accordance with the Party Wall etc Act 1996.

Russell Clements

Position: Senior Associate

Qualifications: Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Member Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB)

Employment history: Russell is a highly experienced Chartered Building Surveyor he professionally qualified in 1983 and has been continuously involved in the property market ever since.

Russell has detailed technical knowledge of property construction methodology and has been involved with providing professional advice for Building Control, Building Surveys, RICS Homebuyer condition reports and secured lending on individual residential property.

Alongside this he has experience of providing portfolio valuations for Reinstatement Cost Assessments on residential and mixed use property portfolios for insurance purposes.

Russell brings an in-depth understanding of technical matters and construction methodology with a wealth of knowledge on housing types, construction and repair methods.

Anthony Wonnacott

Position: Senior Consultant

Qualifications: Fellow of RICS (FRICS)

Employment history: Tony is a highly experienced surveyor with over 40 years as an RICS qualified surveyor. He is now focused on providing residential property appraisal and valuation advice for the company.

Tony has vast professional experience and during his career was Chief Surveyor for Nationwide Building Society. During his career, he has served on the board of Quality Street, a registered social landlord and on the board of Planned Regeneration of the Built Environment (PROBE) a government backed initiative into strategy and planning policy.

With the wealth of experience he holds, Tony is able to provide the company with an effective overview of project timings and assist in the satisfactory implementation and management of projects and future initiatives.
