As a company we maintain strong links directly between surveyor and client. Individual client requirements will be discussed prior to any inspection. Property or portfolio specific issues and requirements are fully integrated into our advice.

Following our formal advice and reporting, our surveyors are readily accessible and approachable to enable our client to gain the necessary understanding of our professional opinion and advice with regard to their instruction.

Copy reports are sent in pdf form with hard copy following in the post. Electronic copy increases the ease of access to our reports and improves efficiency.
